About the role
At Veridraft, we’re building the AI-native infrastructure layer for corporate governance and compliance.
We replace outdated corporate secretarial processes with intelligent software that automates resolutions, entity management, compliance tracking, and document execution across multiple jurisdictions.
We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer who cares deeply about craft, performance, and building enterprise-grade product experiences. You’ll work closely with product, design, and engineering to bring clarity, speed, and reliability to complex governance workflows used by in-house legal teams, CFOs, and compliance professionals managing 15+ entities globally.
You’ll help shape:
AI-powered resolution drafting interfaces
Real-time collaborative editing workflows
Multi-entity dashboards with compliance automation
Secure document execution and audit trails
Scalable UI systems designed for enterprise governance teams

What you’ll be doing
Build and maintain high-quality frontend features using modern frameworks.
Collaborate with designers to implement polished, accessible, and scalable UI.
Improve performance, reliability, and overall user experience across the app.
Work with backend engineers to integrate APIs and data models.
Contribute to our design system and component architecture.
Participate in code reviews and help foster engineering best practices.
About you
4+ years of experience in frontend development.
Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern tooling.
Experience building complex interfaces or multi-step workflows.
Understanding of accessibility standards and UI performance.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements.
Excellent communication in English.
