For more than 20 years, I’ve worked in corporate law and governance. Throughout that time, one thing has consistently frustrated me: how manual and fragmented governance work remains.

Governance actions that should be straightforward are too often spread across emails, documents, spreadsheets and disconnected systems. Information is duplicated, processes are difficult to track, and legal teams spend too much time administering the work rather than doing it.

I’ve experienced that problem from different sides - in private practice, advising companies and boards, and as an in-house General Counsel responsible for governance across an international business.
